We will visit a large modern museum Seaplane Harbour, which was built in 1916-1917 and initially used to be a part of Peter
the Great’s naval fortress. Here we will learn about life above and under water, visit a real submarine and steam icebreaker, get to know about submarine mines and also about yacht sports. The museum is full of modern computer entertainments, incl. aeroplane flight and submarine journey simulators, radio-controlled ship models etc.

Riga is a city of good coffee, jazz, small tasty pastries, and stylish cafés. You will stroll past the luxurious House of the Blackheads, along the Town Hall Square, past the fortress walls and tower, visit St. Peter’s Church and Riga Dome Cathedral, and then continue your walk to the Clock of “Happiness” and head on through the beautiful Opera House Park to admire the magnificence of Latvian National Opera.
10.00 Rundāle Palace used to be a summer residence of the Duke of Courland Ernst Johann von Biron and is the most beautiful baroque palace in Baltics. The palace is an example of early work of the Italian architect Francesco Bartolomeo Rastrelli, who also created the famous Winter Palace in Saint Petersburg.
