Day 1 Arrive in Beijing

Meet on arrival and transfer to the hotel for check in. Day at leisure . Dinner with Beijing Roast Duck, and then strolling in the Wangfujing commercial walking street. . (L/D)

Day 2Beijing-Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, overlooking Egg-shaped National grand theater, & Temple of Heaven

After breakfast visit Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, overlooking Egg-shaped National grand theater. After lunch visit the Temple of Heaven. Dinner and overnight. (B/L/D).
Tiananmen Square is a large city square in the center of Beijing, China, named after the Tiananmen Gate (Gate of Heavenly Peace) located to its North, separating it from the Forbidden City.
THE NATIONAL GRAND THEATER Beijing, also known as the National Centre for the Performing Arts, The spectacular glass and titanium egg-shaped Opera House, designed by French architect Paul Andreu.
Forbidden City – home of Chinese emperors for more than 500 years.

Day 3Beijing-Badaling section of the Great wall, Jade factory, Olympic Green Park & Yashow market

After breakfast visit the Badaling section of the Great wall, Jade factory, Olympic Green Park, after lunch visit the Yashow market. Dinner and overnight. (B/L/D).
The Great Wall of China which is the longest man-made object in the world is known as one of the only two human engineering
projects visible by astronauts from space with naked eyes, a symbol of Chinese civilization.
BEIJING OLYMPIC GREEN PARK- The core area where the 2008 Olympic Games were held. This urban cultural and scope was built to fully display the three ideas of Green Olympics, Sci-tech Olympics and People’s Olympics of 29th Summer Olympic Games. The Park consists of “Bird’s Nest”, “Water Cube”, national stadium, forest park.

Day 4BEIJING / XIAN -Summer Palace. Pearl Factory, Tea house, and the Lin Guang Temple

After breakfast visit the Summer Palace. Pearl Factory, Tea house, and the Lin Guang Temple After dinner, transfer to the railway station to for board the train to Xian. Overnight in the Train. (B/L /D).
The Summer Palace in Beijing – first built in 1750, largely destroyed in the war of 1860 and restored on its original foundations in 1886 – is a masterpiece of Chinese landscape garden design. The natural landscape of hills and open water is combined with artificial features such as pavilions, halls, palaces, temples and bridges to form a harmonious ensemble of outstanding aesthetic value.

Day 5Xian-ANCIENT CITY WALL

Early morning, arriving in Xian. On arrival transfer to hotel for check in. breakfast will be provided at hotel or KFC OR McDonald restaurant. After lunch, visit city wall. (B/L /D).
ANCIENT CITY WALL-The first landmark visitors will encounter in Xi’an is the ancient city wall, which stretches round the old city. Xi’an was originally a walled city, and even today the wall is considered a landmark dividing the city into the inner part and the outer part.

Day 6XIAN / SHANGHAI -Terra Cotta warriors

After breakfast visit Terra Cotta warriors and then return to down town for shopping. After dinner to take train to Shanghai. Overnight in the train. (B/L/D) .
TERRA COTTA WARRIORS AND HORSES -Discovered in Lintong District, Xian in 1974, it is the burial tomb of the first emperor of China’s Qin Shihuangdi. In Pit No.1, there is a forceful army consisting of 6000 life-size terra-cotta warriors and horses.

Day 7Shanghai- Shanghai Museum , Jade Buddha temple, Yu garden

Early morning, arriving in Shanghai. On arrival transfer to hotel for check in. breakfast will be provided at hotel or KFC OR McDonald restaurant. After breakfast visit Shanghai Museum , Jade Buddha temple, Yu garden, After dinner strolling on the Bund Dinner and overnight. (B/L/D) .

Jade Buddha Temple-literally Jade Buddha Chan Temple) is a Buddhist temple in Shanghai, China. As with many modern Chinese Buddhist temples, the current Temple draws from both the Pure Land and Chan traditions of Mahayana Buddhism. It was founded in 1882 with two jade Buddha statues imported to Shanghai from Burma by sea. These were a sitting Buddha (1.95 metres tall, 3 tonnes), and a smaller reclining Buddha representing Buddha’s death.
YU GARDEN -The 400-year-old Yu Yuan Gardens were built in the Ming Dynasty during the reign Of Emperor Jia Jin. Recognized as a significant national heritage site, the Gardens are a remarkable representation of a southern Chinese-style garden.

Day 8SHANGHAI  -Free at Leisure

After breakfast, free at leisure & overnight. (B/L/D)

Day 9Departure- Shanghai

After breakfast at leisure till 12.00 noon (check-out ) from the hotel and transfer to the airport .
